TRAINER

Originally from Denver, Colorado, I began playing soccer at age 5 and continue to do so today. Currently, I play for Alexandria Reds, but previously played for SPVG Aurich, a 5th division club in Germany. Prior to that, I played on the club team at Penn State, where I earned a degree in International Relations.

During my time in Denver, I coached multiple youth teams and worked at TOCA Football, a private training facility. There, I gained valuable insights from top coaches on how to effectively coach and mentor athletes.

Over the past two years, I've focused on deepening my understanding of the physical requirements for high-level play. I've dedicated significant time to learning how to develop athletes' speed, power, and endurance, aiming to prepare them for a professional environment as quickly as possible.

At Capstone, my personal goal is to ensure that all the athletes I coach grow in confidence, both as athletes and as young individuals. Having personally struggled with the mental side of the game, I'm committed to helping create mentally strong athletes, in addition to physically and technically strong ones.
