SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training (our most popular choice!) is a great solution for athletes who are looking for a high energy, cost effective and competitive training environment. Small Group Soccer Training offers far more ability for individual coaching assistance then a normal team training, while allowing athletes to develop in a positive environment. Utilizing a high intensity technical based program with a focus on a different technique each week, we aim to assist with improving technical deficiencies in a more refined environment.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY - SPACIAL AWARENESS - SPEED OF PLAY - HIGH INTENSITY - SPEED & AGILTY

Grades 1-2
Designed for athletes at the earliest stages of development, our FUTURES classes are a great introduction into exploring movement while having fun! With a strong focus on balance, body control and coordination our program is designed to keep our youngest athletes engaged through safe, exciting exercises such as relay races, obstacle courses and tag games!
FUTURES
FOOTHILLS
Grades 3-5
Your student will learn and participate in fast footwork exercises that pertain to soccer-specific movements. Players will participate in activities that help build a foundation with dribbling and first touch. Moves and skills are done stationary and on the move. Players are encouraged from the beginning to approach each activity with speed and quickness. Resistant training is introduced in this class as well as the introduction of work in pairs. Trainer prompts are continuous throughout the session.
ALPINE
Grades 6-8
Students are assumed to have a foundation of first touch, distribution at angles, dribbling, and overall confidence on the ball. Students are assumed to understand tactical terminology. Class activities are executed at a high speed and involve sprints, agility, and quick change of direction during the execution of activity. Activities are done in twos and threes which include but not limited to: combination passing, multi-layer dribbling patterns, timed exercises, distribution passing in small groups, and resistance training. Trainer prompts are lessened in this level.
SUMMIT
