Roger Grew up in Arlington Virginia played for Arlington Impact Red from u9-u18 where they won multiple state cups and the National League. Played for DC United Academy then later moved to play for HIK Hellerup U19 in Denmark.  Four year starter at Old Dominion University. Played 49 games in his collegiate career which included winning the Conference USA conference tournament. Played Semi Pro at Atlantic City Aces and Professionally at the Michigan Stars in NISA. Coached at Virginia Beach City u18 and u9. Currently playing for Fredrickburg Fire in MASL 3
