Camps & Clinics
Camps – Capstone Soccer defines “camp” as a series of our training sessions that stress overall player development in a more relaxed environment. Although some camps may have a heavier emphasis on certain training topics, players will always be taught the four essential components of the game: physical, cognitive, technical and tactical. Player to Coach ratio usually is 15:1.
Clinics – Our clinics focus on “more” specific drills used to improve our players overall game (such as ball striking and finishing or 1 v 1 defending). In general, the intensity of our clinics is a bit higher than our camps. Players are asked to compete in a fun, yet challenging environment. Player to Coach ratio usually is 12:1.
Refunds and/or make-ups will be provided if any of our programs get cancelled due to field closures impacted by COVID-19 or weather.
