George Hales brings elite-level experience as a former coach at the NWSL level and current Women’s and Futsal Director at Arlington Soccer. A proven leader with a deep understanding of tactical development, Hales has coached across ECNL, GA, DA, high school, college, and international futsal stages. His programs have placed 85% of eligible players into collegiate soccer, with more than 18 athletes turning pro and multiple others receiving U.S. Futsal National Team invites. George holds a USSF A License, USC Premier Diploma, and a Master’s in Business Administration.
