Our School Enrichment Program is designed for for 2–12 year-olds who are ready to explore movement and fun with a soccer ball!
These programs provide enjoyable, age-appropriate activities for children who are just beginning to learn the game of soccer or have goals of playing at the highest level. Our coaches are full-time staff members that follow carefully designed instructions and activities that support development in coordination, agility, motor skills, early soccer techniques and teamwork!
Our School Enrichment Program has the flexibility to fit your school's schedule with commitments lasting anywhere from 8 weeks to a 40 week program.
What’s Included in Our School Enrichment Program

Carefully Designed Seasonal Curriculum
Each session follows a structured, age-appropriate curriculum that keeps players engaged while progressively developing their skills throughout the season. -
All Equipment Provided
Capstone supplies all necessary equipment, including cones, parachutes, tunnels, goals, and an individual soccer ball for each participant. -
Low Coach-to-Player Ratio (1:10)
Our 1:10 ratio ensures individualized attention, quality instruction, and a positive learning environment for every athlete. -
Complete Player Development Pathway (Ages 2–18)
We offer long-term development opportunities, including:-
Participation in the MLS GO League (ages 4–10)

Small group training programs (ages 6–18)

Club partnerships with Arlington Soccer Association for players interested in high-level travel soccer

Year-Round Training Opportunities
Access to four indoor facilities across Northern Virginia allows athletes to train and play soccer year-round, regardless of weather.
